The Limestone Coast Landscape Board is offering four carbon calculator workshops across the region to assist farmers to prepare for emissions reporting for market access and future reporting requirements.
These workshops will cover:
- Why you need to complete a carbon calculator and keep a carbon account.
- Practical sessions demonstrating how to enter participants own farm data (sample data can be provided).
- Interpretation of your results and understanding the emissions intensity of your produce.
The four workshops using the same format in all locations:
- Mount Gambier Saleyards– Monday 17 November 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
- Kingston Crown Inn Hotel – Tuesday 18 November 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
- Lucindale Community Hub – Wednesday 19 November 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
- Keith War Memorial Sports Centre –Thursday 20 November 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
