A total of $100,000 is available, with grants ranging from $5,000 to $35,000 to support practical, on-ground projects that deliver environmental, agricultural and community benefits.
The grants are designed to encourage innovative approaches to sustainable land management and support initiatives that improve landscape resilience and productivity.
Community groups, landholders, producers, industry organisations and other eligible applicants are encouraged to consider how a grant could help bring their project idea to life.
Applications open at 9.00 am on 2 November and close at 5.00 pm on 7 December.
